Before answering I’d like to know who’s asking; ‘Tokyo86’ doesn’t tell me much. I’d also like to think that anyone listening would/should have a fair idea of where I stand politically, and beyond.
I would tend to agree, Dude. If someone feels a need to ask such a question, they haven't got much of a clue about you, and maybe it would be better to keep it that way, all things considered.

Scarborough Ontario is the COLONIALIST name for that location. The NATIVE people would have a different name.
