Dude, I just listened to this podcast and I have to say: don't try changing anything! Just continue to speak the truth as you know it, speak from the heart, don't worry at all about what others may like or not find interesting - just keep on doing what you've been doing all these years now. It is what is it, and that's more than good enuf!

A devoted atheist should never refer to his life situation as blessed. To do so would infer a blessing from a deity.
The country and people you were born to is simple random chance. You don't owe thanks to anyone or anything, nor should you feel any guilt about some poor 3rd world schmuck.
That guilt infers conscience and conscience is guided by morality which once again would infer a deity.
Or at least that's how I see it.

Have you even considered doing some readings from the dicksnjanes newsletters? I don't know how many there are or how frequent, or if you could do a "10 years ago this month"... Just scan through, maybe read a snippet that catches your eye, riff off of that from the perspective of today, etc. Just an idea...
