I'm not sure the site was loading properly because the number was appearing and disapearing.
It's the Scarborough Dude who's not loading properly, not the site. Oddly, someone else had taken that number, but it seems I was able to get it back and put in my own welcome - hopefully it's not assigned to 2 people. Ill only know if people use it...
